  • BT Statement on Kampala Attacks

Building Tomorrow Uganda’s six in-country staff members and all overseas visitors touring BT sites were unaffected by Sunday evening’s terrorist bombings in Kampala. While we are grateful for their safety, our entire organization’s thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who’ve lost loved ones in this attack. We are especially saddened to hear of the passing of Nate Henn, a volunteer with fellow organization Invisible Children. We hope for peace to quickly return to the streets of Kampala in the wake of this terrible tragedy.
