Paul directs all business aspects of Young & Laramore advertising agency including its specialized divisions: EchoPoint Media, , Y&L PR, 2nd Globe Studios (custom sculpture), and Ox Studio (production services). Before joining Y&L in 1996, Paul spent 14 years as a litigator in a major Indianapolis law firm. While practicing law, Paul developed an expertise in federal election campaign finance law and served as campaign counsel to several senate and congressional candidates. Paul’s other past civic involvements include serving on the boards of directors or advisors to the Community Organizations Legal Assistance Project, the Carmelite Monastery, Fatima Retreat House, and Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory High School. Paul is married to Marilyn and they have three grown children who are way cooler than he is.

Grant became involved with Building Tomorrow as a high schooler, when he traveled in a Key Club group to the BT Academy at Lutisi. Grant joined the Board of Directors in the fall of 2008, and currently serves as the Building Tomorrow @ Indiana University Chapter President. In addition to his work with Building Tomorrow, Grant is a Junior Wells Scholar at Indiana University, studying biochemistry and neuroscience with minors in mathematics, economics, and biology.
