build a school night 2010

Building Tomorrow will be hosting its third annual Build-a-School Night on April 16, 2010 from 7-10pm in the Old School No. 9 (407 Fulton St. Indy).  The evening will include both a live and silent auction that we hope will raise more than $45,000 to support our work.  No cost to enter.  Cash bar.  Light hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Volunteers are needed for the following positions:

• Item Runners (6) – 5 to 11pm
• Check-in & out assistants (4) – 5 to 11pm
• Non-alcoholic drink servers (2) – 6 to 10pm
• Cash bar servers (4) – 6 to 10pm
