Vivek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology and Master’s degree in Education from India. He has more than half a decade of experience working with young people developing their transformative potential to create a systemic impact. Vivek has worked as a Gandhi Fellow in which he worked closely with head teachers and communities for the holistic development of community-led schools. After the Gandhi fellowship, he worked with low-income schools developing an impact assessment metric to measure quality education. Vivek has also worked for 18 months in a tribal village developing schools as community development hubs through meaningful community participation. In this village, he also worked towards setting up functional school management committees and youth groups. For the last two years Vivek has been instrumental in setting up and running the Building Tomorrow Fellowship in Uganda and currently works as Chief Fellowship Officer with BT Uganda.
