Deputy Country Director

Kampala, Uganda | full-time

The Deputy Country Director will supervise three program staff, and oversee and coordinate all programs, training, and learning. By 2023, the DCD will lead a team in enrolling 100,000 out-of-school children, building an Inclusive Education strategy at more than 2,000 schools, and supporting the work of more than 300 Building Tomorrow Fellows serving in districts across Uganda. The DCD will manage the strategic planning, training design, and data-for-learning for the organization, and serve as a member of the senior leadership team. The DCD reports to the Country Director.

Inclusive Education Program Manager

Kampala, Uganda | full-time

The Inclusive Education Program Manager will lead the design and implementation of Building Tomorrow’s integrated Inclusive Education strategy that creates inclusive schools, and brings children with disabilities (CWDs) back to school. The PM will lead the organization’s work to reach more than 800 schools by 2022.

Media & Communications Specialist

Kampala, Uganda | full-time

The Media & Communications Specialist (MCS) will lead content-creation for storytelling, reporting, and training. They will also coach Building Tomorrow staff and community-based Fellows to create and contribute high-quality content. The content created and managed by the MCS will target audiences in the donor community, leaders in Uganda, and people in the communities where we work.
