Are you the next Builder of Tomorrow?
While our team is full of different personalities, we share the same core values. If you embody our values below, you’ll fit right in.
We fundamentally believe access to an inclusive, quality education is a basic human right and are committed to ensuring it is afforded to every child.
We refuse to accept the status quo and persistently strive to create new opportunities to reach more children and help them realize their maximum potential.
We are progressive in our thinking and approach to challenges old and new, empowered to be intrapreneuerial and unafraid to pilot new ideas.
We achieve more together than we could alone and believe the key to teamwork lies in first seeing everyone as an equal partner and cultivating lasting relationships.

Tips for Candidates
Hi there, we’re excited you’re considering applying for a role at Building Tomorrow. Before you begin your application, we wanted to give you a quick idea of what to expect as a candidate:
We read everything.
Our requests for particular information from you are purposeful—we want to get to know you. To do so, we rely on questions, practical activities and more to better understand your experience, and evaluate your potential fit at Building Tomorrow. If we ask for it, we’ll read it, of that you can be sure.
Our application guidelines are not only suggestions, they’re what we’re looking for to assess candidates on an equal field. If you’ve not followed our guidelines, you’re likely not to hear from us as we place a premium on candidates who attend to the details, and value doing a complete job.
More is not better.
Because we do read everything we ask you to submit, we need you to be selective about what you send us. We’re a lean team with limited bandwidth for lengthy application review. We know you may have significant experience, but your ability to show us the most position-relevant portion of your experience helps us both stay focused on your fit for the specific role at Building Tomorrow. Limit your resume submission to no more than two pages.
Our work is innovative, and we need our team to be, too. We request a statement of interest from each candidate because cover letters are so yesterday, and we’re Building Tomorrow. Why is this particular role so exciting for you? Why are you passionate about the work of Building Tomorrow? What do you bring to this role and our team that makes you the best choice? Taking the time to answer these questions thoughtfully, and exploring how what matters to us also matters to you will help you stand out.
Thanks for your interest in a role at Building Tomorrow—we’re looking forward to learning more about you!
